THE BRIEF

Objective: To drive COBA delegates to the NGS Super stand.

At the 2016 Customer Owner Banking Association, NGS Super were looking for an innovative way to bring delegates to their stand.  The previous year, NGS had engaged with 15 delegates on their stand and they were looking to improve.

EXECUTION & RESULTS

Tribe Mobile helped NGS develop a scratch card campaign with a simple incentive – a free healthy green juice.  After receiving the Tribe campaign, delegates were asked to watch a short video, then play a scratch card game to see if they had won a free juice.
Of the 532 delegates who received the campaign, 130 of them were driven to the stand to claim their free juice.  An astounding result, especially when compared with the 15 delegates NGS engaged with the previous year.
