THE BRIEF

Objective: To collect feedback from 2017 delegates.

Tribe Mobile had the opportunity to work with the team from Money In Sport, to conduct a survey of their 2017 delegates.  The objective was to collect as many responses as possible which would help the MIS team improve the event in 2018.

EXECUTION

The Tribe team consulted with the MIS team to design a campaign which would appeal to the delegates.  The main prize was a signed Mark Winterbottom Replica V8 Supercar, with several Callaway Golf hats as runner-up prizes.  The final prize which was awarded to all remaining delegates was a 10% discount on their 2018 MIS delegate pass.  In order to claim their prize, delegates had to rate their experience, then add any further feedback they had about the conference.

A staggering 30% of attendees completed the survey – a truly remarkable result considering the hectic event schedule, and the demographic being targeted – time-poor executives.
