THE BRIEF
When gamblers visit Macau they have the choice of playing at over 40 casinos. To entice players to come to MGM, MGM sent Tribe messages to members of the Golden Lion Club in over 30 countries (mostly in China) offering them the chance to play for instant prizes redeemable only by visiting the casino. Prizes included table game credit, accommodation and restaurant vouchers. The results of three separate promotions are aggregated into the results.
WHAT WE DID
Tribe delivered an extremely compelling, gamified campaign which delivered engagement rates that MGM had never seen before. Tribe successfully drove users back to MGM locations, achieving the overall campaign objective.
